'When the storm of anger rises from the depth of consciousness, you can gently touch it with your mindful breathing.' - Benjamin Joon

EMBRACING ANGER.
Being angry always means being angry at something - something, that we do not accept or understand as it is. While anger may control, alter, drive away or annihilate the object, mindfulness can help to cultivate compassion, to solve the problem at its root, and to experience the joy of peace. If we lovingly embrace the anger from our wise heart, we can recognize, accept and feel the fear and pain behind it. From the state of inner serenity, we are able to communicate our needs and wishes with compassion.
