MOVEMENT GAMES.
Unleash the intelligence and creativity of your body and strengthen your joints and muscles through a playful, natural and integral practice.
MARTIAL ART.
In addition to the principles of self-defense, you will discover the qualities of a peaceful warrior: equanimity, compassion, creativity, benevolence, clarity, strength, determination and gentleness.
MEDITATION.
Mindfulness exercises in motion and stillness enhance your perception.

Benjamin has a passionate relationship with the martial arts. Since his childhood he practices the principles and techniques of various martial arts such as Judo, Kickboxing, Kung Fu and Jiu Jitsu. Other influences come from various meditation exercises, Qi Gong, bodywork, Fighting Monkey, playfighting and contact improvisation.
