CONTENT
"Mindful Communication" combines western science and buddhism and contents lectures, guided meditations, bodywork, mindful communication training and authentic relating games:
• We learn to relax our mind and body.
• We philosophize: What are the elements of a healthy relationship? What is true love?
• We become a researcher of our thoughts, physical sensations, emotions and energetic body.
• We explore the dimensions of nonverbal communication.
• We learn how to transform conflicts into a creative game.
• We open our hearts and develop our mindfulness and compassion.
• We give each other feedback: How do we perceive each other?
• We learn to cultivate our communication: being kind, honest and supportive.
• We learn to love.
